As you begin to explore the use of Internet resources within your reports and presentations you'll need some additional references. Here are a few that I recommend:
Engst, A.C. (1995, 1996). Internet Starter Kit for Macintosh, 3rd edition or Internet Starter Kit for Windows, 2nd edition. Indianapolis: Hayden Press. These books are written by the publisher of TidBits, one of the most popular Internet journals. He writes in an entertaining but informative style. These are must books for Macintosh and Windows "Internauts"! The print versions include disks with free software for direct links to the Internet.
Hirsch, Jim. (1993-97). Skiing the Internet® (versions 1.0, 2.0, 3.0 & 4.0). Hypermedia productions that give a K-12, education-based overview of the Internet and the services it offers to staff and students. Available from the HyperStudio Network, Box 103, Blawenburg, NJ 08504.
Schools around the country (and world) are using HyperStudio to produce reports and presentations and sharing them online.
Many individuals devote time to developing and training teachers and students to use HyperStudio for reports and presentations. These sites are developed by those individuals to share information.
Finally, here is a collection of a variety of sites using HyperStudio in an educational setting.
