PTA - Welcome

The PTA is the Parent Teacher Association that helps support Forman in many ways. We provide several programs and activities that your children will enjoy throughout the school year. We also sponsor the fall and spring Book Fair, Spring Carnival and many of the extras the staff and teachers require. In order to provide these programs, activities and extras, we will hold our annual Gift Wrap fun-raiser in the fall. With your support we hope to make this fund-raiser such a success that we will not need any additional fund-raisers.We would also like to take this opportunity to invite you to become a member of the Forman Elementary PTA. Your membership is a symbol of your commitment to the Forman community. The PTA also works to provide the teachers and staff a volunteer pool of parents and community members who want to assist throughout the school year. The needs are varied, so we have a job for most anyone who wants to dedicate their time and/or talents to the Forman community. You may complete the attached form and return it to school or you may contact any Board member for additional information.We have a very diverse and enthusiastic PTA Board this year. There are many new faces and a lot of fresh, innovative ideas. We are all dedicated to making Forman a fun learning environment.
