Kindergarten
and first grade students may check out one book to take
home and one AR book as needed to read in class at Forman.
Students in grades three through five may check out three
books. All books may be kept for one week and renewed except
titles on hold or in high demand.
Students with
overdue library books may not check out books to take home.
Books should be returned as soon as possible, because someone
else may be waiting for them. There will be no fines for
overdue books.
A lost or damaged
book must be paid for before another book may be checked
out.
Refunds will
be given if the book is found or returned undamaged within
the current school year.

Elam
This is my 10th year as the Librarian at Forman Elementary.
I'm a true Texas native: born in Houston, Texas, grew up
in Richardson, and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Music Education
from the University of North Texas. I received a Master's of Music
degree from East Texas State University and a Master of
Library Science from Texas Women's University.
I am married
and I have three grown children and a new granddaughter. I enjoy traveling, college football, and singing

Patricia Saleh
.I am a native Texan and live in McKinney. I graduated from Texas A & M University (College Station) and taught Kindergarten for three years. I love to read, spend time with my family and our new puppy, Bella. I have a 10 yr. old daughter, an 8 yr. old son, and am married to a Plano police officer who is also a member of the SWAT team. I am currently working on my Master's of Library Science and hope to graduate next December.
