Kindergarten and first grade students may check out one book to take home and one AR book as needed to read in class at Forman. Students in grades three through five may check out three books. All books may be kept for one week and renewed except titles on hold or in high demand.

Students with overdue library books may not check out books to take home. Books should be returned as soon as possible, because someone else may be waiting for them. There will be no fines for overdue books.

A lost or damaged book must be paid for before another book may be checked out.

Refunds will be given if the book is found or returned undamaged within the current school year.

OUR LIBRARIANS Jamie Edmondson This is my 1st year as the Librarian at Forman Elementary. I am thrilled to be part of the Forman family! I earned a Bachelor's Degree from the University of North Texas and have been teaching in Richardson for the last few years. While teaching I earned a Masters in Library Science  from Texas Women's University.
