Julie
joined the Gulledge team after beginning her career in Special
Education at PISD’s Haun Elementary where she was named
Beginning Teacher of the Year. After a successful career in
marketing, she completed the Region 10 Alternative Certification

Joy
Hagens received a B.A. in Psychology from the University of
Texas at Austin in 1976 and a M.Ed. in Elementary Education
with a specialization in Spanish from Texas A&M at Commerce
in 1989. She taught third, fourth, and sixth grades in Mesquite
for 9 years. Joy taught ESL for the DISD Amnesty Program and
science for the Science Place in Dallas. She has been with Plano
ISD since 1998 and is now a member of the fourth grade team

Jennifer Madding |
Jennifer Madding began her teaching career in 1993 after receiving a B.A. in Education from Oklahoma Baptist University. For the last several years, she has taught for the Paris Independent School District where she was named Region 8 Gifted Teacher of the Year.
