Jennifer Schmitz, Team Leader: I was born in Wisconsin and moved every three years while I was growing up. My favorite place to live, outside of Texas of course, was Chicago, Illinois. I graduated from Naperville Central High School in 1990. I attended Western Illinois University and graduated with a Bachelors Degree in May of 1994. Then I moved to Texas and got my first teaching job in PISD at Hedgcoxe Elementary. I taught 4th Grade my first year and have been teaching 3rd Grade for the past 11 years. Sue Duty: I was born in Chicago, Illinois, and grew up in the Naperville area. I attended Bradley University and graduated with a degree in Speech Pathology, then later became certified in Elementary Education. We moved to Plano in 1989, and my 3 children are all proud graduates of Huffman Elementary! I've been teaching at Huffman for 13 years, and look forward to many more years at this outstanding school. Jennifer
Thompson: I was born and raised in Texas. I have recently moved
from Little Elm to Plano. I attended the University of North Texas and received
my Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education. This will be my first
year teaching and I am excited that it will be here at Huffman Elementary.
In my spare time I enjoy shopping, spending time with my family and friends

Stephanie
Budai: I was born and raised in East Texas. My husband and I recently
moved to McKinney, and are both teaching in Plano ISD. I am a graduate of
Texas A&M Commerce with a Bachelors degree in Interdiscplinary Studies
with an emphasis in Elementary Education. Currently, I am attending Texas
A&M Commerce in hopes of gaining a Master of Science degree in Counseling.

McKenzie: I am excited to be a new member of the Huffman Hawk Family.
Plano schools have played a major influence in my life due to the fact that
I have attended them K-12. I am graduate of Stephen F. Austin State University!
Axem Jacks! I enjoy spending time with my family, running, and reading.
