Welcome to Plano Senior High School. We want your transition to your new school to be a smooth one. To register, please call the Counseling Office for an appointment at 469.752.9315. If you move here during the short summer months, no need to wait! The PSHS Counseling Office is open throughout the summer, except for the July 4th holiday.

Are you new to Plano?


For students who are new to Plano or will be attending Plano Senior High school soon, here is some information that will help you get a jump on some of the requred paperwork that must be filled out for enrollment.




P.S.H.S. New Student Registration Information

***Student must be present to register ***

Information necessary to register:

  • Transcript of all previous high school work – grades 9 – 12
    • Unofficial is OK
  • Most recent report card or withdrawal slip from previous school
  • Student’s Social Security card – not just the number
    • Photocopy will be taken
  • Immunization records (if possible)
  • Driver’s license of parent or guardian
    • Photocopy will be taken
  • Student’s Birth Certificate or Passport
    • Photocopy will be taken
  • Proof of residency
    • CURRENT utility bill (gas or electric only) - or -
    • CURRENT rent, lease or purchase agreement - or -
      (Photocopies NOT ACCEPTABLE)
    • Registration permit: If you are building a house, you must go to the superintendent’s office to obtain registration permit BEFORE making appointment to register


NOTICE: Without all necessary documentation, student will not be allowed to register.
