Shepton High School, located in Plano, Texas, is the home of 3 time ACA National Champions. These girls work hard all year to support the athletes and the student body at their school. These girls begin their year with a week of tryouts in February or March and begin practices in April and May. They attend camp for four days during their summer vacation and then hit the floor running the day school starts. They continue to work hard all through out the year, cheering at football, volleyball, and basketball games, participating in pep rallies, tailgates, various fundraisers, spirit week, and many other activities. They also begin practice in September for their competition season. These students are the heart and soul of spirit at Shepton High School and pride themselves on that.
