Welcome to Wells Elementary!  I hope that you can get a glimpse of what our school is all about from the information we have on our website.

Our school motto is “ Can’t Hide That Tiger Pride”.  We work to develop respectful, responsible, lifelong learners.  We are proud of the achievements of all our students, and we are dedicated to helping each and every child succeed. 

I am so excited to be the principal here at Wells.  As a new principal, I feel privileged to be a part of his wonderful school community.  I am excited to get to know the staff families this year.

Education:

• BA in Elementary Education – ORU
• ME in Reading – University of North Texas
• Education Administration Certificate - UNT

Years as an Educator:

• Seven years teaching 5th grade bilingual at Meadows and Davis Elementaries, Plano (1996-2003)
• Four years as the Assistant Principal at Davis and Sigler Elementaries, Plano (2003-2007)

Hobbies:
I enjoy reading, spending time with friends and spending time with my parents as well as my twin sister and her husband who all live in the Dallas area. My husband Michael and I have a son named Alex and a new baby girl named Samantha
