Counselor - Aldridge Elementary

Dawn Devillier grew up in Krotz Springs, Louisiana. Miss Devillier attended Northwestern State University in Natchitoches, Louisiana, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Elementary and Special Education. She then went on to earn her Master’s degree in Guidance and Counseling from Louisiana Tech University, while teaching at a middle school in Shreveport, Louisiana. This is her first year as counselor at Aldridge. She joins us from Andrews Elementary where she spent 3 years. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading, shopping, and meeting new people.

	Counseling Program The counseling department at Aldridge has developed our guidance program to meet the academic, personal, social and career needs of our students. We welcome both students and their parents to become involved in meeting the needs or addressing concerns through our counseling and guidance services.
