If I hadn't been a teacher, I would have been a psychologist because I am interested in the field of psychology.

Education:  Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Texas A & M-Commerce

Years in Education: 12 Years

Family: Husband, John; daughter Carmen (who is 4 years old); & Popcorn, the cat

Interests/Hobbies: I love to travel!  On my honeymoon, my husband and I went to Europe for

two weeks and I just LOVED it!  We spent time in England and France. 

In England, I was very fascinated with the tea tradition.  Now, I collect china tea cups and tea pots. 

I also love to scrapbook…when and if I get a chance!

If I hadn’t been a teacher, I would have been:  That is easy!  If I hadn’t been a teacher,

I would have been a wedding planner/party planner. 

I love to have parties, create a theme, decorate for them, and come up with different “party” foods.

Interesting facts about me:  My major in college was Political Science. I had planned
on attending law school but after I was accepted, I changed my mind and decided to be a teacher.

Education: I went Texas A&M in College Station- Whoop!

Years in Education: This is my third year teaching.

Family: I have 2 older brothers, Ray and Robert, and adorable 3 year old nephew,
Randen, and of course my mom and dad. They are all in Corpus Christi.

Interests/Hobbies: I really enjoy watching sports, though I get in trouble for
getting teams and players mixed up! I love to scrap book, but I hardly have anytime
since I spend all my free time watching my favorite weekly shows.

If I hadn't been a teacher, I would have been: a vet.

Why? Because I love, love, love animals (except cats because I’m allergic).

Interesting facts about me:
I’m addicted to Animal Planet and the Discovery Channel. I know tons of random facts
about all sorts of animals. Go ahead, ask me… I’m also the only one in my family with curly hair.
I love the color yellow, anything related to Texas A&M,
and I love to try new foods… if they aren’t too spicy.
