Davis Elementary School

As a Literacy Specialist/Reading Support teacher, I support the teachers, as they implement the Language Arts curriculum, and the students, as they acquire the knowledge they need to become skilled readers and writers. My goal is that every child have the opportunity to develop to the best of his ability.

Members of the Assistance League of Greater Collin County tutor elementary school children weekly in reading at Davis. In 2006, the chapter received an Honorary Life Membership Award in the Texas Congress of Parents and Teachers Association in recognition for its service to children and youth.
