Tanji Johnson grew up in Duncanville and graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington with a degree in psychology. She went on to earn her certification in elementary education. Tanji joined the Dooley team in 2007 and loves being a Dragon. Tanji has a husband, daughter, and a new son.

JoAnn was born and raised in Houston. She graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University with a degree in marketing and a minor in management. JoAnn returned to school in 2008 to earn her teaching degree in both elementary education as well as special education. JoAnn feels very fortunate to be teaching first grade at Dooley Elementary. In her spare time, JoAnn enjoys spending time with her husband of 18 years, Chris, and their two children, Kendall and Jake, both of whom are former Dooley Dragons!

Martha grew up in Ft. Worth. She graduted from Texas A&M Corpus Christi. She has been at Dooley since 1993. Martha taught second grade for 10 years before joining the first grade team. This is Martha's 13th year teaching first grade at Dooley.

| Cathy Stansberry grew up in the San Fransico Bay Area. She graduated from California State University, Chico, with a major in social science and a minor in special education. She completed graduate work at California State University, Fresno, in special education and is currently working on certification in gifted education. Mrs. Stansberry has experience in special education and has taught first grade at Dooley for 15 years. | |||
