Dooley Student Council

Student Council is made up of students in grades 1-5. They meet on the first Tuesday of each month. Each year 4 officers are chosen to lead the group. The offices are President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer. Those officers take care of selling school supplies each Thursday morning from 7:30 to 7:45. They also are in charge of conducting monthly meetings, checking for clean area award weekly, and determining the spirit award monthly for the grade level with the most participants on Spirit Day. Officers are elected monthly at the end of their 4th grade year. In order to run for an office students muct have an 80 in EACH subject for each grading period and an S or better in citizenship and work habits.
