this is for you! When registering you must bring the following documents: Proof of Immunization - for more information on the State of Texas' immunization requirements. Proof of Residency - A current utility bill for electricity or natural gas bearing the name and address of the parents. Copies of the utility bills can not be accepted. If you have not moved into the house, you must take your builder's contract to the Administration building for a certificate eligibility form. Then bring this form to us as proof of residency. Your Driver's License Student's Original Birth Certificate - Certified Birth Certificate issued by the state. (Not the one with the footprints of the child.) Student's Social Security Card - If your child has one.
