Title I is a program that helps accelerate a student's learning in Language Arts. The program does this by supporting the classroom teacher, within the classroom environment, and by implementing T.E.A.M.S. (Together Everyone Achieves More Success), a national mentoring program funded by Title I funds.

The goal is to impact the academic, social and emotional growth of students who are at risk of failing. Working with small groups within the classroom setting and mentoring (one to one relationship between a student and an adult) one day a week, gives each student many opportunites to be successful. The T.E.A.M.S. staff trains mentors who have the desire to help a student secceed in school and are willing to volunteer thirty minutes a week.
