What do I do if my child needs to bring medicine to school?

*** All medicine must be brought to the clinic. Students are not allowed to have any medicine in their possession. The medication must come in the original container. Prescription medicine must have the child's name on the pharmacy label. Parents must give written permission for the child to take medication at school. It is the student's responsibility to come to the clinic at the correct time for medication.

If my child is not feeling well, how will I know to keep him/her at home or send him/her on to school?
If your child has a temperature of 100.4 degrees or greater, is vomiting, has diarrhea, or has pink eye, please keep your child at home. A student must be free of fever for twenty-four hours before returning to school. If a student becomes ill at school, a parent will be contacted to pick-up their child.
