If your child needs to take medication
during the school day:
All medications must be brought to the clinic by the parent.
Parents must give written permission for the child to
take medication at school. Students are not allowed to
have ANY medication in their possession
at any time. The medication must come in the original
container with the pharmacy label on it. Samples
from the Dr’s office will not be permitted.
How do you know when to keep your child
at home?
If your child has been vomiting, had diarrhea or has had
a fever over 100.4 degrees, they MAY NOT UNDER
ANY CIRCUMSTANCES RETURN TO SCHOOL UNTIL THEY HAVE BEEN
SYMPTOM FREE WITHOUT MEDICATION FOR 24 FULL HOURS!!!
Please remember to update any and
all contact information anytime a number or emergency
contact has changed. If we need to get a hold of you in
an emergency, it is imperative that we have the correct
information!
