This
year in Physical Education there have been a lot of changes made
to improve the overall wellness of our students here at Meadows.
The students will follow a daily routine of exercises and activities
that will help develop their muscular strength, cardiovascular system,
flexibility, and hand eye coordination. Also, to help the students
in their learning process, we plan on integrating different subject
areas into our lessons to develop their minds. We also want to teach
them life-long learning knowledge of health and physical activities
that they can use throughout a lifetime. We want to encourage physical,
psychomotor, social, cognitive, and emotional development through
physical activity. There are many fun times ahead here in our physical
education classes and we look forward to helping our students improve
their overall well being. |
