Typical PC computer systems PC computer systems include microphone, headphones, necessary furniture and network/electrical cabling
Typical video projection system Video projection systems include a mounted projector, VCR, pull-down screen and necessary electrical and video cabling.
TV and VCR Minimum configuration consists of a mounted 27" television, SVGA signal converter and VCR to support classroom presentations and make the maximum use of the two-way districtwide video network.
Elmo video image display (VID) device A small, portable video camera that connects to the mounted TV or video projection system.
Flex camera A small, flexible neck video camera that connects to either a video digitizing card in the computer or to the mounted TV or video projection system.
Graphing calculator Able to display funtctions for student use in Math and Science.
Art tablet A digitizing tablet connected to each computer to enable drawing directly into the software programs.
Scanner Flatbed scanners to support video scanning and optical character recognition for text documents.
Color inkjet printer Color inkjet printers are networkable HP model 950 Cxi (or equivalent) and include necessary network/electrical cabling.
Laser printer High capacity laser printers are included in each lab placed throughout each campus at a standard classrooms/printer ratio.
Video camera Video camera with tripod for use within speech and theater classrooms on a regular basis.
CD/cassette recorder Boombox-style recorder for use in each Speech classroom.
Digital camera Digital camera supporting standard floppy disk saving of images to allow easy support for multiple student and classroom use.
Laserdisc player Laserdisc player with bar code reader and remote control to support curriculum materials.
