Coordinator of Academic Competitions

The goal of academic competition is to provide a competitive outlet for our students who are particularly talented or interested in a certain area or subject. Academic competition motivates students through intellectual growth and helps them develop a sense of pride in themselves and in their school. Teamwork and cooperative learning are encouraged and promoted. This outlet also provides students with an opportunity for extending the knowledge and skills they have acquired through their curriculum subject matter. All competitions abide by "UIL" academic rules.
