8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. @ Plano East SHS Fine Arts Building
7:00 p.m. Concert @ Plano East SHS Auditorium (Friday)
The Plano ISD Fine Arts Department provides two separate weeks of music making under outstanding band clinicians from across the North Texas area for students currently enrolled in a middle school band program. Two student ensembles will be available during each week of the camp to challenge students at the appropriate musical level. Ensemble placement will be determined by audition on the first day of camp. In addition to the large ensemble experience, students will be involved in small ensembles under the guidance of Plano ISD band staff and area instrumental specialists. The week will conclude with a public concert on Friday evening for family and friends.
Students may enroll in one or both weeks for $85 per week. Transportation to the camp location is available from the Clark, Jasper, Shepton and Vines high schools for an additional $25 per week.
On-line registration through CHARMS and payment through PayPams is available March 26, 2012 through May 25, 2012.

Several student ensembles will be available during the camp to challenge students at the appropriate musical level. Ensemble placement will be determined by audition on the first day of camp. In addition to the large ensemble experience, students will be involved in small ensembles under the guidance of Plano ISD orchestra staff and area strings specialists. The week will conclude with a public concert on Friday evening for family and friends.
