Community Resources Directory

The Plano ISD Community Resources Directory is a list of available resources for our special education students and families. We have included information from the Collin County Resource Directory as well as the Dallas County Resource Directory, with emphasis on community resources most applicable to students in transition planning. However, many of the resources could be useful to students and families at any stage of their educational experience. Most of the resources are local, however, some state and federal agency information and websites have been included to cover a wide range of services on a local and national level. Resources are listed alphabetically and indexed by subject. We are providing this information on our website as well as a paper version. We will be able to update the website information on a regular basis and welcome feedback from our PISD network of teachers, administrators, students and families, as to satisfaction with specific resources or addition of resources to our directory.
