Physical Therapy Note to Parents

Often a child may appear to have gross motor differences but may be able to function in the classroom and school building well enough that he does not need PT intervention in order to benefit from instruction.  His parents or teachers may understandably be concerned about his gross motor development.   This student may benefit from exposure to gross motor experiences in a non-competitive atmosphere.  The following is a link to various community activities and services that can be accessed outside of the school environment:
