Physical Therapy Services

Plano ISD has three physical therapists to serve the needs of students in the district.  These services can include direct physical therapy, consultation with staff, provision of adaptive equipment, individual exercise programs, training in lifting and back care, and suggestions and equipment for gross motor training.  In Plano ISD, the role of the physical therapist primarily concerns gross motor skills, positioning, and mobility.
