In addition to this, the PBT also provides behavioral consultation services to district campuses to assist with the development of individualized Behavior Intervention Plans. Team members assist in the identification of behavioral goals and with the development of appropriate interventions and positive strategies for students with emotional and behavioral needs.

As with all PISD staff, the PBT continues to research and learn about new evaluation tools and behavioral strategies through professional development seminars and conferences to keep up with the most current information in this field. Members of this team have also been involved in the development of evaluation tools and procedures used in the process of working with students in need. Providing district staff training's, and working together in the process of evaluation is the key to providing the best possible services and strategies for our students.
