Cylindrical Foam – should be cut to fit the purpose of its use (i.e., one inch for writing utensils, four inches for eating utensils).  Promotes efficient grasp. North Coast Medical, 1-800-821-9319, 
Learning and Craft Scissors – there are two different sizes (Learning – 3.5”, Craft – 4.5”). Great for teaching children how to  properly hold scissors and decrease frustration.OT Ideas, Inc.,  973-895-3622,

Move n’ Sit Cushion – improves trunk stability while allowing gentle rocking movement. Can be used in various chairs or on the floor. Pocket Full of Therapy, 1-800-736-8124.

Double-Sided Oval Surgical Scrub Brushes – the best brushes we have found to use with the Wilbarger Protocol. THIS SHOULD BE RECOMMENDED BY AN OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST  FOR A CHILD WITH SPECIFIC SENSORY NEEDS. Pocket Full of Therapy,1-800-736-8124.
Weighted Vests – an effective tool to provide proprioceptive feedback often having an organizing and calming effect on children.

Latex Tubing – this tubing can be used for various stretching and strengthening programs as well as providing oral sensory input for chewing. MAKE SURE YOUR CHILD IS NOT ALLERGIC TO LATEX

Dycem Matting – a nonslip material that can be used to secure dishes while eating, keep educational materials on the desktop, and provide a nonslip sitting surface for chairs and wheelchairs.  North Coast Medical, 1-800-821-9319.
