Registration forms for out-of-school students who are re-taking TAAS or TAKS to fulfill the final requirement to obtain a diploma from a Texas public school are available at the Shiloh Center, 3540 E. 14th Street.
Registration must be submitted online or returned in the pre-addressed envelope and received in Austin, TX, no later than 5:00 p.m., January 25, 2008.
To ensure that your form has been received before the deadline, you should obtain proof of mail delivery by sending the registration form by registered mail or certified mail. Registration forms received after this date may not be processed.
Online registration is available by accessing the Texas Assessment web site at http://k12testing.tx.ncspearson.com.
