SENIOR DIPLOMA LIST - Action Required

GRADUATION 2010 – DIPLOMAS
Seniors still have time to check the list, it will be posted until  Friday, November 13. Seniors must review the spellings of their names for their diplomas and ALL graduation material. The list will be posted in the cafeteria on the trophy case glass, and on the glass by the front office in building B.

Not all middle names are on the list. If a student fills out the correction card, has a parent sign it, the middle name will be added to their diploma. It is highly recommended that the graduate’s full legal name be on the diploma.

If a student’s name is misspelled, or if they want to add their middle name because it is not already on the list, they must follow these steps:
1. Obtain a correction card from the sub-school office or the front office.
2. Students must clearly print their names and have their parents or guardians sign the correction cards. Corrections will NOT be made without  parent/guardian signature.
3. Return the correction card to Ms. Otto in the front office no later than Wednesday, November 18.

It is the student’s responsibility to attend to this matter. A parents may stop by school and check the list near the front office if a student will be unable to complete this task. Failure to check and correct the spelling of their name will result in a reprinting fee.

Friday, November 13 is the last day to review the list.
The correction card must be turned in by Wednesday, November 18.
