Our mission is to provide children and families with an environment that encourages the love of reading. Books, puppets, flannel stories, fingerplays, and songs are a regular part of our storytimes. We believe that immersing young children into the joys of literature will encourage them to become lifelong readers.

Barron Early Childhood Library is open daily from 8:00- 11:00 AM & 12:15 - 3:00 PM for students. Students visit the library every week for storytime and to check-out books. Parents are also encouraged to come and visit our library to checkout library books to read to their children. Parents are welcome to checkout library books Monday - Thursday from 7:45 - 8:05 AM & 12:10 - 12:30 PM. Volunteer opportunities in the library are also available for parents.
