Debbie is the Gifted Specialist for Beverly. Debbie received her Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Texas A&M. After graduation, Debbie taught two years in Dallas ISD at Navarro Elementary. In 1982, Debbie joined the staff of Thomas Elementary in Plano as a third grade teacher. Debbie continued teaching at Thomas under the instructional leadership of Mrs. Kirby until 1998 when she came to Beverly. Debbie received her Master’s degree in gifted education from TWU in 1987. Debbie’s oldest daughter, Erin, a graduate of Plano West Sr. High and Texas A&M, is a CPA working in Fayetteville, North Carolina, where her husband, Josh, is stationed at Ft. Bragg. Kelley, Debbie’s youngest daughter, a graduate of Plano Sr. High and Texas Tech, and is working at JC Penney headquarters here in Plano where she resides with her husband, Chad. Debbie is very proud to be a Beverly Bobcat!
