Mrs. Aguirre was born in Ridgewood, New Jersey and moved to Greenville, South Carolina when she was five years old. She lived there for 29 years. After graduating from Winthrop University in 1994 with a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education, she moved back to Greenville and was hired as a Fourth Grade Teacher at Oakview Elementary where she taught fourth grade for 11 years. Mrs. Aguirre has been married to her husband, Abe, since 1998. They have two dogs who they love dearly and treat like humans. The dog’s names are Aggie (the black lab) and Ali (the white Maltese). Mrs. Aguirre and her husband moved to the McKinney area a year ago with the goal of opening a restaurant in the next few years. They LOVE living in Texas!

Ms. Bohannon was born in Houston, Texas and grew up with her mom, dad, and younger sister Allyson. She went to Elementary School in Rochester Hills, Michigan where she loved to learn. After 5th grade, her family moved to Plano, Texas where she attended Renner Middle School, Shepton High School and graduated from Plano West Senior High School. She pursued her Education Degree at Baylor University (Sic ‘em Bears!!) and graduated in 2008. Ms. Bohannon is so excited to return to Plano ISD and to work with the wonderful Beverly Elementary staff and students!
Patsy Bova

Patsy received a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from the University of North Texas. She began her teaching career as a first grade teacher in Fort Worth, Texas and has had experience teaching in all grades first through sixth. She spent the last fifteen years teaching third, fourth and fifth grade students at Thomas Elementary in Plano ISD before moving to Beverly Elementary in 1998.

Mrs. Neumann was born in Atlanta, GA and moved to Southern California in high school. She then went to college at San Diego State University and taught 6th grade for 5 years before becoming a full-time mother. Upon moving to Texas, she added two more children to her family and lives in Plano with her husband Jon, daughters Laney (12) Natalie (7) and son Jack (10). She has subbed in PISD for 2 years and knew that she HAD to go back to teaching, as it is still such a passion for her. She is thrilled to be at Beverly and to be joining a staff of hard working, caring individuals.

Mrs. Carpenter was born and raised in South Texas. She graduated from Texas A&M -Corpus Christi, with a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education. Mrs. Carpenter began teaching 5th Grade Language Arts in her old elementary school. She has taught 5th grade for four years and 4th grade for the past 9 years. She lives in Plano with her husband, Dean, and her eight year old son, Tyler. She loves working here at Beverly, where the staff, parents, and students are so friendly and helpful!
