Carol Bulino is the Literacy Specialist. She has taught at Beverly since 1998. Her credentials include a Bachelor of Science degree, Masters degree in Early Childhood/Psychology, and certification in Kindergarten, Gifted Education, Reading Recovery,and English as a Second Language. She has taught in grades K- 3 in regular education and in grades K-6 as a gifted specialist in PACE, Plano’s Academic and Creative Education program.
