Mr. Porter is the music specialist at Beverly Elementary. He received his Bachelor of Music Education from the University of North Texas. He has had continued musical training through the Kodaly Institute at UNT. Mr. Porter is proficient in guitar, voice, piano, and music theory.He has been teaching in Plano ISD since 1997, and at Beverly since 2000. In his spare time Mr. Porter has many hobbies ranging from Music to Radio Control Models. He is married and has two beautiful children named Jack and Sophia.
