Carpenter volleyball tryouts will be held in August. All required forms must be complete and on file before a student can tryout. 7th graders will tryout after school and 8th graders will tryout before school. Each student will be asked to demonstrate the fundamental volleyball skills of passing, setting, hitting, and serving. Coaches will also take into consideration a student's attitude, hustle, and leadership ability. All students will be given an equal opportunity to perform their skills and be evaluated by the coaching staff.

Students who do not have athletics will be required to come before school for 7th grade and after school for 8th grade.
