At Centennial, our goals for Physical Education
are to teach the students about team and individual
activities and how they can benefit from a healthy lifestyle.
Physical activity is for everyone no matter their skill
level, age, size or shape.
Classes start off each day with stretching and 
exercises to get the body warmed up followed by
cardiovascular conditioning such as skipping, jogging,
galloping, grapevine, shuffles, and running just to
name a few. Then we engage in our activity for the day.
