At
Centennial, our goals for Physical Education

are
to teach the students about team and individual

|
activities
and how they can benefit from a healthy lifestyle.

|
Physical
activity is for everyone no matter their skill
|
|
level,
age, size or shape.
|
|
Classes
start off each day with stretching and
|
|
exercises
to get the body warmed up followed by
|
|
cardiovascular
conditioning such as skipping, jogging,
|
|
galloping,
grapevine, shuffles, and running just to
|
|
name
a few. Then we engage in our activity for the day.
