Haggard will accept student medication when a parent brings the medication in and fills out the medication
request form. The guidelines are on the form and must be followed
carefully. All medication must be checked in by the school nurse.
Students must not come to school with a fever or contagious condition. This helps to keep the student population healthy. A student is contagious until their temperature is below 100.4 for at least 24 hours after high fever. Children with vomiting and diarrhea need to stay home. Please
call any time to update any medical conditions, immunizations, screenings,
or with any concerns. |
