Tamra Alami
My name is Tamra Noel Alami and I am a 1991 graduate of Texas Woman’s University with a Bachelors of Fine Arts and a Business Minor. I am a Certified Early Childhood, Elementary and Art Specialist Teacher for Plano Independent School District since 1999 as a Paraprofessional and Professional Teacher. I am Elementary Division Chair for Texas Art Educators Association and Vice President of Plano Area Art Educators Association.
As an Art Teacher, I share a passion for art through a radiant, enthusiastic and energetic personality. As well as, portray vibrant leadership with a compassionate, kind and patient understanding of the needs of the student.
The art curriculum at Haun Elementary is tailored made to foster the “whole child” and allows for instruction using a well-balanced combination of creative thinking in the Fine Arts and academic fundamentals. The art curriculum is enriched with a purpose driven art, based on community service projects and recognitions of world events.
