Mrs. Saleh is the counselor for Hedgcoxe Elementary School. She loves her job and being with her students. She has her elementary and secondary teaching certification and is a certified school counselor. Mrs. Saleh she has been a teacher and a counselor for many years. She and Dr. Saleh have been married for many years and are the proud parents of four children. She knows that feelings, attitude, behavior and learning are closely linked together and wants the very best for he students.

I am here for all the students of Hedgcoxe Elementary. Some of the activities and programs provided by counseling are:

The Counseling and Guidance Program at Hedgcoxe Elementary focuses on the learning/academic and the personal/social development of each student. As students go through the developmental stages of their lives, their needs and expectations change. I want to assist students in achieving a positive, health outlook towards themselves and others. Students in our school are here to learn as much as they can and be the best person they can be. My role is that of counselor, consultant and coordinator.
