WHERE IS HEDGCOXE?

Hedgcoxe is located at 7701 Prescott Dr. between Legacy and Hedgcoxe, and Custer and Alma.

WHAT ARE THE OFFICE HOURS?

Our office is open from 7:00 am to 3:45 pm.

WHAT ARE THE SCHOOL HOURS?

School begins at 7:45 am and the children are dismissed at 2:45 pm Students should be dropped off no earlier than 7:00 a.m. and they should be picked up no later than 3:00 p.m. If there is an unusual circumstance, please contact the office as soon as possible.

WHAT DO I DO WHEN I VISIT HEDGCOXE?

All visitors must report to the front office upon entering the building and sign into the computer
and get a visitor's sticker. This sticker must be worn at all times. In addition, each visitor must sign out on the computer in the front office upon leaving.

WHAT DO I DO WHEN MY CHILD IS ILL?

Please call the school 469-752-1700, select "3" on the voice mail list, and leave your
child's name and reason for absence. This is our "Child Safe" line and lets us know why your child is not at school on a particular day.

WHAT IS NEEDED TO ENROLL A STUDENT?

To enroll in a Plano school, you must provide proof of residency and immunization records. We will also need a certified birth certificate and a copy of the student's social security card.

WHAT IS PROOF OF RESIDENCY?

A current electric bill or the original signed lease agreement.

WHAT GRADE LEVELS DOES HEDGCOXE HOUSE?

Kindergarten through 5th grades.

WHAT IF YOU LIVE WITH SOMEONE ELSE?

We have a form in the office that the owner or leasee must have
notarized stating you are living there.

HOW DO I WITHDRAW MY CHILD IF WE MOVE?

Please come by our office a few days in advance to sign a form that you intend to
withdraw your child from Hedgcoxe. This allows the teachers to get books checked
in and get their records ready.
