I
grew up in California and then attended New Mexico State
University to play softball. After graduating in 2004,
I moved to Dallas. I recently attended DBU, where I
earned my Master's Degree in Administration; and I hope
to be a principal someday! I enjoy anything outdoors,
running, shopping, movies, spending time with friends
and family, and playing with my Yorkie puppy, Rocco.
I love teaching in third grade!

I
was born in Houston, TX, and later moved to Kingwood,
TX where I grew up. I attended Abilene Christian University
and received my BBA in Marketing. After I was married
and had small children, I decided I wanted to teach, so
I went to the University of North Texas to work on my
teacher's certification. I started teaching sixth grade
at Prestonwood Elementary in the Richardson ISD in 1999.
I have two
wonderful children, Lauren and Trey. Lauren attends the
University of North Texas and is working on her Elementary
Education degree. She has a precious little boy named
Caden. He is the light of my life, and he calls me "Honey."
Trey is attending Blinn College at College Station in
hopes of entering Texas A & M. I also have a sweet
yellow lab named Bucky. I love to cook, garden, read,
scrapbook, and shop in my spare time! |

I was born in Grand
Prairie, Texas, but lived 6 years of my childhood in
Mexico. After I graduated from Lakeview High School,
I attended Richland College and UTA. My love for helping
kids and teaching inspired me to become a teacher. My
first teaching experience was in Carrollton. After 3
years in Carrollton, I decided to move to Plano where
I love teaching 3rd grade at Jackson! My wife’s
name is Brenda, and we have a son named Alexander. I
enjoy working with kids and traveling.

I was born and raised in the Richardson/Plano area and
attended Berkner High School in Richardson. That is
where I met my high school sweetheart and husband, Mike.
Through the years, we were blessed with three wonderful
daughters, Brittni, Judi, and Haley. Being a parent
is the highlight of my life. I graduated from Amber
University with a B.B.A. and, at that time, operated
a home-based child care center. I also had the opportunity
to substitute, and it was during this time that I knew
I was meant to be a teacher. After moving to Sachse,
I obtained my teaching certificate from Letourneau University
and began to substitute in Richardson, Wylie, and Plano.
Plano exceeded my expectations. I am very proud to be
teaching at Jackson Elementary School.
