I love
Jackson!! I am beginning my 9th year in Plano, all of which have been
at Jackson. I started out working as a teaching assistant in Special
Education while I finished my Bachelor's Degree at University of Texas
at Dallas. This is beginning my 4th year teaching 5th grade. I love
teaching and feel privileged to work with your children. I am so lucky
to be able to wake up every day and come to a job I love. I live with
my husband, Troy, and my son, Tyson. I have two stepchildren, Troy II
and Allyson. Most of our free time is spent at sporting events watching
our son play football, baseball or basketball (I call it my part-time
job)! I look forward to all that this year has in store and can hardly
wait to share it with my students. |

Thank you for this opportunity to introduce myself and say, "Hello." I'm thrilled to be a fifth grade teacher at Jackson this year. This new school year marks my fifteenth to teach in Plano ISD. The Dallas area has been home to me for a really long time, having lived in Richardson almost all of my life. Actually, my children grew up less than a mile from my old neighborhood. It's been a very nice thing! I graduated from Harding University in Searcy, AR with a degree in Business Administration and later received a certificate in Elementary Education from Texas A&M University. Teaching brings enriching experiences on a daily basis, and I look forward to a fantastic 2007-2008 school year! |

I was born in Utica, New York, to Mitch and Mary Fadel. I have a younger sister, Claire, who is currently living in Manhattan after receiving her Masters from NYU. My family moved to Plano, TX in 1992, and I began 7th grade at Wilson Middle School. I graduated from Plano Senior High School in 1998 and TCU (Go Horned Frogs!) in 2002. I have been teaching 5th grade at Jackson Elementary for 5 years. I am recently married (09/09/06) to Jarrod Liebel, and he works as a financial advisor here in Plano! Looking forward to another great year! |

I
have 15 years of teaching under my belt, and eight of those years have
been in Plano ISD. I have taught K-12th grades and everything from "all
subjects" to just PE, Math, and Science. I have been a coach in
San Antonio and for Hendrick Middle School and, just recently, at Plano
West Senior High. I have been married for four years, and my husband
and I are foster parents to a wonderful 10-year-old boy. I was born
and raised in Michigan and graduated from Eastern Michigan University.
I have lived in San Antonio and Boston before coming to Plano to teach.
I am very excited to now call Jackson my home and look forward to many
years with the Jaguar students! |
