The Food and Nutritional Services Department is looking for students who would be willing to spend one hour each semester to help in developing vegetarian menu items to be offered as a choice with the regular school meals. If you are interested, please stop by and see Miss Minton in the cafeteria Kitchen.

TICKETS -Football-Senior Parent Night: PESH will play McKinney Boyd at Kimbrough on Friday.  The tickets are on sale in the finance office B1-158.  Cost is $4 for students and $5 for adults.

PLANO EAST DRUMLINE - On Saturday November 7th, the Plano East Drumline will perform in their final competition of the year at Goldsmith Stadium in Lewisville, TX.  Performance time is 5:00.  Come make some noise for them as they compete against 78 of the top drumlines in the state of Texas!

A Representative from Texas A&M (College Station) Honors Program will be visiting Plano East (Fine Arts Bldg.) on Tuesday, Nov. 10 at 8:00 a.m. All students interested in the Honors program are invited to visit with him. He will also have specific information for National Merit Semifinalists, National Achievement Semifinalists and National Hispanic Scholars. 

Reminder:  Saturday School is Nov 7th from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. in Bldg One.
*  Admittance to Saturday School is NOT allowed after 8 a.m.
*  Make sure to bring books and materials.

Plano East is hosting a Parent Awareness Session on Teen Drug and Alcohol Use
Tuesday November 10th @ 7 pm in the cafeteria. All East Cluster parents of teens are invited.

Attention all Senior Guys!!!  Are you interested in being crowned the next MR. PLANO EAST?!?!
If so, please attend auditions on Nov. 10th @ 6:00 PM in the East gym.  You will need to show your talent that you intend to perform at the show.  The categories in the show will be Beachwear, Talent, and Formalwear. If you are interested in auditioning, please see Miss Simmons in P-115 (1st-5th), or her office in the gym (6th-after school,) and pick up a tryout packet.  Packets need to be completed by Nov. 10th.
