Cap, Gown & Announcements
is the 2015 supplier of announcements and caps and gowns. Packets for cap and gowns, and other graduation gear were distributed in the fall.

Rehearsal is Tuesday, June 2 at 1:15pm in the gym. Rehearsal
is mandatory for all seniors who plan to participate
in the graduation ceremony.
.: Tickets for Family and Guests
Tickets will be required for guest admittance into the Convention Center. All guest will need a ticket, regardless of age. Students will be issued a ticket booklet at their schools. The number of admission tickets issued is based upon the number of graduates to be accommodated at the facility. Seating will be general admission. An area for handicap seating will be located on the Arena floor. Each person with a disability may be accompanied by one companion (both must have tickets). Sign language interpreters will be available in section #24C for guest with hearing impairments. The tickets are for family and friends, the graduate will not need one of these tickets. The graduate will receive a “green seating/participation card”; this will be their pass into the convention center. Plano Senior High School students will receive 6 tickets.
.:Parking and Directions
Two parking garages are located beneath the main level of exhibit space at the Dallas Convention Center. These spaces provide easy access to the arena. An outdoor surface lot near lower C lobby offers an additional space. The charge for parking in either area is
$12.00 per entry, per vehicle.

Take Central Expressway (U.S. 75) southbound. Take exit to I-35/U.S. 77 to Field Street. Turn left under the freeway and veer to the right onto Griffin Street. The Convention Center is straight ahead.
The Dallas North Tollway
Go south on the Dallas North Tollway. Take the Harry Hines/Downtown exit to Field Street to Griffin Street. The Convention Center is straight ahead.
Handicapped seating will be on the arena floor behind the graduates. Due to limited special needs space we request that only one other family member/guest sit with the individual requiring handicapped seating. Sign language interpreters will be available in section #24C for guests with hearing impairments.

Gentlemen are to wear dress trousers, long sleeved dress shirts,
ties and appropriate shoes and socks. Lettering and/or
decorations are not appropriate on caps or gowns, no shorts
or athletic shoes. Graduates may not have personal items in
their possession when they line up for the processional (CELL PHONES, CAMERAS, PURSES, ETC).
Students will sign a letter of understanding regarding conduct
expectations prior to participating in the graduation ceremony.
Each graduate MUST present an admission card in order to participate. Graduates will get this card from their counselor when all requirements for graduation are completed.
Dallas Convention Center and Plano ISD Policies
To respect and honor all graduating seniors and their families, please review these policies.
The Dallas Convention Center and the Plano Independent School District may refuse admission (or may expel) patrons for disruptive or disorderly conduct. Noisemakers and air horns are not permitted. Persons found with these items will be escorted from the venue. Other items prohibited at this venue are balloons, silly string/confetti, lighters, matches, laser pointers, weapons, back packs, large purses, bags, food and drinks, tobacco products, large flower arrangements, signs, large banners, tripods and professional cameras.

The TV broadcast will air on WFAA digital channel 8.3, and the webcast will be available at wfaa.com. Tune in live the day of the events on the following channels and website. These airings can be recorded.

Approximately one week following graduation, the ceremonies will be replayed all summer on Plano ISD's Time Warner cable channel 99 and on Verizon FIOS channel 33. Airings can be recorded.
Flash Photography will photograph each graduate and will mail proofs at no charge within a few days of the ceremony. Orders can be placed on the Flash Photography website: www.flashphotography.com.

diplomas will not be given during the graduation ceremony. Diplomas
will be available beginning June 15, between 8:30 a.m. to 3:00
p.m. Graduates must produce a photo identification to receive
