Registrar's office at Plano Senior High School retains
all records (active and withdrawn) for 2 years past graduation.
Presently we are housing records for the Class of 2011, 2012 and 2013, and 2014. All records for 2010 and prior years will be located at Records Management department at the PISD Administration building: 2700 West 15th, Plano. 469.752.8100. Transcripts are available
Once a graduate has turned 18 years of age OR is in a
post-secondary setting the parent may NOT request records
of any kind. The student can fax the request to us if
they are out of town as it is their signature we will
require. The Federal Law will allow us to accept a parent
signature in liu of the student only when that parent
brings in the most current 1040 tax form showing that
the student is still a dependent for tax purposes.
If you are needing records within 2 years of graduation you may request records from the Registrar by faxing the PSHS transcript request form to 469 752 9423, or mailing the request to the school, attention Registrar.

Diplomas for all graduates are available in the reception
area of Building B, unless fines are owed. Students must
show a picture ID and sign for the diploma. If a parent is picking
up the diploma, they must have written permission (that includes the name of the person picking up the diploma)from
the student and show a picture ID.
