Requirements:

1. Must have a 3.6 cumulative GPA
2. Minimum 4 sponsored projects (5 on probation); from 2 different sources
3. Minimum 10 personal hours (15 on probation); from 2 different sources
4. You must fill out all the spaces on the tickets (i.e. must have sponsor name, sponsor signature, phone number, etc.)
5. Parents/friends cannot sign for documentation!
6. No late sheets will be accepted
7. Point sheets must be signed indicating acknowledgment with ALL requirements
8. Students may not join as a senior in the spring semester.

Consequences:

1. Failure to meet the requirements results in probation
2. Failure to come out of probation results in permanent dismissal

Projects:

1. Projects are anything posted on the NHS board
2. You must have a minimum of 4 projects (5 on probation); you can only receive a maximum of 2 projects by donation
3. Additional projects should be placed in the personal hours section, using the numbers of hours spent at the project recoreded as the number of personal hours.
