  4. the emergence of the Mexican economy with implications and consequences of growth.
  5. social and environmental issues.
  6. government performance in promoting economic growth and reducing poverty.
  7. how Mexico is attempting to establish the rule of law.
  8. the structure of the Mexican government including presidencialismo.
