President's Message
Welcome to the Saigling PTA web page. Whether you are new to Saigling or have been around for many years, I hope this page will be helpful in sharing information with you. We believe that as parents and teachers partner together the children's learning is enhanced. I encourage each of you to join the PTA and find a place where you can be involved with your child's school. Volunteers are the key to a successful PTA and school. The Purpose of the PTA
-
To promote the welfare of children and youth in home, school, community, and place of worship.
- To raise the standards of home life.
- To secure adequate laws for the care and protection of children and youth.
- To bring into closer relation the home and the school, that parents and teachers may cooperate intelligently in the education of children and youth.
- To develop between educators and the general public such united efforts as will secure for all children and youth the highest advantages in physical, mental, social, and spirital education.
