Welcome to C.F. Saigling Elementary, home of the Saigling Stallions. Our school represents 26 years of outstanding education! Saigling was founded in 1977 and named after Plano businessman, Charles Frederick Saigling. Mr. Saigling was elected to the first official school board in 1889 and was a very active member of the Plano community.

In 1992, Saigling Elementary earned national recognition by the United States Department of Education by becoming one of the finalists selected to receive the Blue Ribbon School of Excellence in Education Award. Saigling continues today to be rated as Exemplary and Recognized by the Texas Education Agency for outstanding academic achievement. Our school strives to develop lifelong learning skills by teaching 12 main citizenship and character traits.
