Plano
ISD seeks to create a safe sanctuary for students, free from crime,
violence, drugs and abuse. The district shall obtain the criminal
history record of prospective volunteers who will be working with
students. If you signed up to volunteer on a committee, help in
a classroom, chaperone a field trip, or participate at a special
event, we need you to complete a background check. |

First
you need to go online at: |
| Click on "Volunteer Application" link on the right side of the screen to access the online application. Read the choice you have and choose the appropriate link to create your User ID and Password. (For example, your user ID can be the first initial of you first name, with the first six litters of your last name.) Continue to fill out your personal information. There is also a volunteer agreement form that must be notarized and turned into the school office. |
| Remember: Write down and keep your User ID and Password so you can access your application information aytime to update it. |
