| Saigling has adopted a new philosophy called FISH! to its culture. The four main principles of FISH! are: | |
- choosing your attitude - playing - being present - making their day |

These
principles tie directly in with the character traits we teach in
all our classrooms. We incorporate these philosophies in various
ways, including our school wide spirit assemblies. We have spirit
assemblies at the end of each 9 week grading period to celebrate
student and teacher achievements and successes. |

During
the assemblies, the Fabulous Finn Twins help everyone play while
choosing their attitude. The FISH principles are reinforced thru
skits and cheers. |
